If you hear it, you will come!
Thought I'd share with you some of my Voice Work on Rock Radio Stations from both coasts, please listen, it's exciting! If you like the way I sound and you want to hear more of it you can call me and I'll talk to you, imagine our talk over dinner, imagine rolling over in your bed and hearing me talk to you in my sexy voice until you come, or if you own Radio Station, a Movie Trailer House, or an Advertising Agency... Whatever.
Just watched, "What We Do Is Secret" directed by Rodger Grossman about the Los Angeles punk band, The Germs, and their lead singer, Darby Crash. It was early in the AM and I've put off seeing this for sometime, as I know people involved in the film and in the real life events covered by the film and the fact that The Germs were very important to me at a certain point in my life, so that said, I didn't care to see some bad movie about it. It was early, as I said and I was tired, my wall was down, I was weak and I let it flow over me. There are some big problems with the film, but I watched it, never paused it and I dug it and it brought back some good and bad memories... Okay, I liked it very much and have to say, even as the story is a downer, it is an inspiring story. The cast, is good, but Shane West is pretty amazing as Darby, a role that Leonardo DiCaprio developed for years with Allison Anders as director. Even Penelope Spheeris is portrayed in the film as she's creating "The Decline of Western Civilization." Okay, I couldn't sleep, so I did another Podcast just for you! I think this one is the best one yet today! I can see by the email and my stats that it's being well received. Some really cool Facebook Friends are even Sharing them on their own profiles and Twitter Folk are re-twittering them as well, so that just plain ROCKS! I get embarrassed talking about the show, I don't want to sound like I'm bragging or selling it, but I've been getting awesome comments from really amazing people, many of whom are very important in areas of Publishing, Broadcasting and Film... and stuff. Reading a book the other day about Woody Allen and there was a side story about the recently deceased Larry Gelbart and there was a cool thing about how in their early days, big people would help the new artists and talents out. It was just done back then. It was a given. People helped people and gave them chances. It doesn't seem to happen these days as far as I can tell. I wish someone would come along and go, "I like what you're about and I'm going to give you a shot!" Checkout today's New Show in it I go on about, among other things: George Lucas' New Star Wars Movies, Brigitte Bardot, Jackie Chan, Andy Lau, Terrorism, Stephen King, John Lasseter, Peter Criss, James Dean, End of Moviegoing, Muppet Diplomacy, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Cancer, Violence and More! It's really good. I usually can't tell, because I'm in it, but I just know I'll be hearing from people about it! Hear it on any one of these possible ways and please Subscribe so that it will come to you Free and then you won't have to search for it.On Podomatic!
